🔴৫.রুকিয়াহ কি অমুসলিমদের জন্য প্রযােজ্য?

এই প্রশ্নটির উত্তরে বলতে হয়, অবশ্যই প্রযােজ্য। কারণ আল্লাহ তাআলা মানুষের জন্য কুরআনে শিফা রেখেছেন; যেমন তিনি মধু ও জয়তুনের মাঝে শিফা রেখেছেন। মুসলিম-অমুসলিম নির্বিশেষে সকলের জন্যই মধু ও জায়তুন আরােগ্য। মধু ও জায়তুনের মতাে কুরআনের ক্ষেত্রেও মুসলিম ও অমুসলিমের ভেদাভেদ থাকবে না, এটিই কুরআনের(নসের) অর্থের ব্যাপকতার দাবি। কেননা কুরআনকে আল্লাহ যিকরুললিল আলামিন' বা সমগ্র বিশ্বের জন্য যিকর বা স্মরণিকা বলেছেন।

🔴তবে মুসলিম-অমুসলিম সকলের জন্যই রুকিয়াহ দ্বারা উপকৃত হওয়ার পূর্বশর্ত হলাে রুকিয়াহ-পাঠকারীকে অবশ্যই ইখলাস ও ইয়াক্বিনের সাথে পড়তে হবে। যেহেতু ইখলাস ও ইয়াকিনের ভিত্তি ঈমান, সেহেতু রক্বীকে মুসলিম হতে হবে।

আমরা ইতঃপূর্বে আবু সাঈদ খুদরি(রাঃ)-এর হাদীসটি উল্লেখ করেছি। সেখানে দেখেছি যে, জনপদবাসীরা সফররত সাহাবিদেরকে মেহমানদারী করাতে রাজি হয়নি; বরং তাদেরকে অগ্রাহ্য করেছে।

🔴ইবনু ক্বায়্যিম রহিমাহুল্লাহ হাদীসের আলােকে বলেন, 'আরবের ওই জনপদ হয় কাফিরদের ছিল, নয়তাে সাহাবাদের কাছে তাদের ধর্মের বিষয়টি অজানা ছিল; অন্তত এতটুকু তাে বলাই যায়, তারা কৃপণ ছিল।' তা ছাড়া মেহমানদারী না করে রুকিয়াহর শর্ত কেন জুড়ে দিলাে তারা? ঈমানের গুণে গুণান্বিত সাহাবায়ে কেরাম কখনােই কৃপণ ছিলেন না। সাহাবাদের মাঝে যে সখ্যতা ছিল, জনপদবাসী মুসলিম হলে মেহমানদারী না করানাের প্রশ্নই আসে না।

🔴সুতরাং বলাই যায় যে, উক্ত জনপদবাসী হয়তাে কাফির ছিল। তা সত্ত্বেও আমরা হাদীসে দেখেছি যে, জনপদবাসীদের সরদার সুস্থ হয়ে গেল। এতে প্রমাণিত হয় যে, রুকিয়াহ অমুসলিমদের জন্যও প্রযােজ্য।

The answer to this question is, of course, yes. Because Allah Ta'ala has placed healing in the Qur'an for people; As he has placed the cure between honey and jaitoon. Honey and olives are healthy for everyone, regardless of whether they are Muslims or non-Muslims. Like honey and olives, there will be no distinction between Muslims and non-Muslims in the Qur'an. Because the Qur'an is called by Allah Zikr al-Alamin' or the Zikr or remembrance for the whole world.

🔴However, the prerequisite for benefiting from Ruqiyah for all Muslims and non-Muslims is that the Ruqiyah-reciter must recite it with Ikhlas and Yaqbin. Since the foundation of Ikhlas and Yakin is Iman, the Rakwi must be a Muslim.

We have already mentioned the hadith of Abu Saeed Khudri (RA). There I saw that the townspeople refused to entertain the traveling Companions; Instead, they ignored them.

🔴 Ibnu Qayyim Rahimahullah said in the light of hadith, 'That town of Arabia was either of the infidels, or their religion was unknown to the Sahaba; At least that much can be said, they were miserable.' Apart from that, why did they include the condition of Ruqiya instead of hospitality? Sahaba Keram was never miserly because of his faith. There was no question of non-hospitality if the townspeople were Muslims because of the affinity between the Companions.

🔴So it can be said that the people of the said town may have been infidels. Nevertheless, we have seen in the hadith that the chieftain of the townspeople recovered. This proves that Ruqyah is valid for non-Muslims as well.
